Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats, and sometimes boosts its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations that are applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens permit you to roll a purchased item such as an armor, weapon or ring. This allows you to swap the item for one similar item level upgrade, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't maintain the original equipment's condition and any wasted resources won't get compensated.

The surviving players can acquire tokens to reroll in many ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures.
