WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a boost to specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of the item by +3. A random additional substat is also boosted alongside each upgrade.

Upgraded gear generally sees higher trade value regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or has a high stat variance (like Eth titan weapons). The latter are less valuable from upgrading due to the requirement to roll for a perfect model.
