Competitions are held on the U18 and U15 age group levels. The U15 Cup was introduced within the 1987-88 season, and was the first competition out of the present set competitions. At U15 degree, Rounds 1 to 4 are accomplished before Christmas, with Round 5 in January, Quarter-Finals in February, and Semi-Remaining and Remaining in March. Up till 2015-16, the Vase was awarded for both age groups in a secondary competitors for colleges knocked out within the early rounds of the Cup. The competitors was abolished after the 2019-20 season final. After the eight regional groups are decided, a set of national Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Finals follow, with the final being between a Southern (Southwest and London & South East) region and Northern (North and Midlands) area group. The club runs two senior men's sides, an below-18 staff, a senior ladies' workforce and under-18 women' team and a full set of junior teams including beneath-16, 14 and 12 girls teams.
